How to play Custom maps with Mods?

Hi, I been having trouble getting my custom made map to appear with the addtions of mods such as Volumetric Effects. so I am wondering if there is something special I must do to enable those maps?

Nevermind, I was able to find the problem, turned out Volumetric Effect mod had its own Galaxy Manifest so I just had to edit it to make the map appear.
