1st Mod Usage

Hail all...I'm probably doing something wron but:

I installed Uzi's Mod, and while after a bit of playtime I do see new planet types -- I have yet to see a single new Tech.  I see Uzi's non-clickable logo in the tech trees, but no new Techs.  Any input here would be most appreciated.

Hats off to this modding community...you guys will keep the game alive for a long, long time.

They are definitely there on mine. A quick recap;
You have Sins 1.03 installed.
You have all the relevant files in the right places.
You haven't touched any of the files in the mod.
You downloaded it from one of the links on my mod's page. (If so, which one?)

Also, I keep saying this, screenshots, screenshots, screenshots. You can never have enough. In-game, Out-game, number of files in folders, address bar visible, everything you think might be of any importance.

Edit: And next time, post in my Mod's thread, thats what its there for.
