Buildings should not be invulnerable

Although it doesn't have a huge impact on play, so many buildings being invulnerable bothered me enough to mod it.

...and wow there's a lot of buildings I had to un-invuln.  There's more invulnerable buildings than normal ones.

Buildings like the command building that gives you a general have to be invulnerable to keep you from being able to build and destroy it over and over for more generals, but if there were another solution to prevent a person from farming generals, you would use it, because invulnerable buildings are lame.  A brain-offending implausibility.  If you want a non-lame invulnerable building, create a precursor force field building or something.  Other than that, the invulnerability should be used only when the game's lack of another way to prevent farming makes it necessary.

I agree and also modded my game.  I did leave most galactic wonders invulnerable

Colonial hospitals being invulnerable I thought was a little ridiculous.   Can't even decommission it until after you upgrade it to a Medical Center.

Why are so many buildings invulnerable?  I agree that maybe the galactic only buildings should be invulnerable.  But Intimidation Centers, what if I don't want any malevolent points.  I destroy the whole planet? 

If I capture another race's one building per race building, why can't I still build mine?  No, it is invunlerable, and now I have to deal with the AIs poor placement of those building?

How is it lazy coding? They changed them to be invulnerable, didn't like the results, and changed it back? Show me the laze.

Some buildings should be invulnerable like brindles observatory, because i only get a one time bonus. But it is annoying that i cant move ideology buildings, and player achievements. If it is a continueing bonus please let me destroy it, and build it again.

You could even make Brindle's Observatory destructible if it also gave you something unique after the planet was discovered. A +0.2 to elerium or some other resource. It's enough that I wouldn't destroy it.

Cities.   I hate taking over Organic planets when playing as Synthetic and find that their cities are indestructible.   It's rediculous.
