Acheivements Still not working even after last update

Ok, finished a long game and was able to get the artifact achievement but the Pirate Exterminator and the 30 mission achievements still did not trigger.  I killed something like 8,500+ pirates in the game (according to stats) and I know for a fact I completed at least 100 missions over the 21+ hours.  I did it against 6 vicious so personally I think you need an achievement for that :)

I just got the Money Lender achievement about 3 hours ago. They seem to work for me.

As far as I know the others still work, those two the Pirate Exterminator and Outstanding Resume are the ones that will not trigger.  I already have all the other achievements.
