TAR and Pirate mission combo problem

I was playing TEC rebel against 9 vicious AIs and rushed truce among rogues - TAR. I build up forces slowly.

TEC AIs had insurgency researched 20 minutes into the game which gave me a few free pirate ships to defend my planets. That wasn't such a big problem. Once I started killing AIs (so far 4 died) once they are past certain threshold if they have money they will start spending money on pirates and pirate missions like crazy.

Therein lies biggest problem. They still can offer missions to attack-kill my planets which is all right but TAR prevents them to actually fire at my planets so they just sit there and act as friendly defence force which does not need fleet supply. They do not retreat to pirate base after a while and their ships are there permanently.

Game is about 40% over because all AIs have maximum fleets with lvl10 caps and titans. Imagine what kind of force will be on planets what kind of defence fleet that is and what kind of lag this will cause....

On MP front In non skilled games mostly I could see problem of cheap ships with special abilities defending TEC rebel planets .......

oh. I thought the problem was you were playing against AI's and not hummies.

I was playing AIs.

Humans are hopefully smart enough not to spend so much on pirates.

This is annoying and potentially game slowing (all them extra ships). They need to disable the send pirates mission just like they disable the pirate russian roulette when you research TAR.

Realistically, you have to take a mathematic, schematic, and ultra-hyperbolic approach to understanding the overpriced irrigation of the galaxy.  Truce against rogues represents the huge problem you get when big, strapping, oiled up priates step out on the balcony to sunbathe in the buff.  It really makes it distracting, even for the AI.  Hence, I propose mandatory clothing so players and AI's alike can focus on building their empire, rather than gazing at naked pirates.

My first thought is that the problem with the picture is that someone is playing as yellow instead of the correct dark green.

But you're right, the TAR issue is a pretty significant problem too.

So if you've got an ally in the suicide spot that has TAR but can't afford to send the ships, give the pirates missions to attack them, or rather, defend them?

At a glance, I'd say the resolution muddles it.  At a second glance, I'd say it's time to stop levying such a heavy tax on tea.
