Unable to build Titan Forge

Yeah, so, I had the spots available on a planet;

 

I qued up and completed all four research tiers in one shot;

 

The titan button stayed grey, and clicking it told me I needed a capital ship factory.

 

Had the capital ship factory; actually, though, it was destroyed once, but I rebuilt it.

 

I don't know if I was rebel or loyalist, because I just let it randomize.

 

I'll upload a save-game, if it would help.

The Titan Forge is found in the tactical section instead of the civilian section. Check there to see if that fixes it.

It took me like 10 minutes to find the stupid thing my first game as well. :( I get why it was put where it was (That many logfistics slots being used up would suck badly), but it's very unintuitive. And the message aying you need a capital factory rather than a titan one just makes it that much worse.

They clearly having done the new UI messages yet. I'm sure it will be changed.
