Mid/Late game Stuttering anyone?

Something occurs mid/late game in my Sins Rebellion that causes about 1:1 stuttering

Hey I tried to look to see if anyone else had this problem, if so I'll be sure to close the thread.
Anyways, something happens in every Sins beta game I start up, around mid to late tech (has nothing to do with amount of time played) and essentially causes 1:1 stuttering (2 seconds of stuttering for 2 seconds of normal play usually)
I checked, and its not some odd process error, and restarting it or steam does nothing. I don't believe its a memory problem on my computers part.
I've tried to nail it down to a single tech upgrade but have been unable to sadly, changing the graphical settings also does nothing.

Has anyone else had this problem or something similar?

Playing SINS Rebellion Beta on maximum settings and 1920x1080

Dell XPS 15 L502X

8 GB DDR3 RAM

2GB Nvidea 540m

2.0 Ghz I7-2630QM processor

64 bit Windows 7 Premium

Yea I got the same problem. The dev's are aware of this issue though, we just have to wait until they fix it.

I recently started getting it. If I just don't zoom in or out for 5 or so seconds it usually goes away.

Happens here too - I can't seem to relate it to anything either.
