4 New Mods Posting to FileFront :)

My Last Push Before Break and Then School Again,

              I just finished a fourth mini mod over the, last two weeks, it was great fun, but will be diving back into school next week to finish off the semester, then will be going out west for a small vacation before starting school again in the fall.

Each of the mini mods had a central theme i wanted to try out, so they are very different from one another, and make for good variety if you want to try something new, or different.  :)

OverLords is a spawnable ship mod, 6 of the 10 races has it, even the rebels and the pirates, so be careful. This mod was based on my ten races mod and contains the other races as well, but the Diplomats, The Traders, The Infectors and the Invisibles i dont believe have it, they have other things. :)

Moveable Starbases was an effort to get the Starbases mobile in the well, i also upgraded their levels so that it is now possible to max them out. In addition i added a launcher ability for each of the constructors to the battleship capital of each of the main three races.  :)

Entrenchment Plus adds phase jumpable Starbases into the mix, and concerns only the three main races, no other races in this one.

And last is 'The Last Songs of a Dying Sun', this mini limits the player to only 2 caps, normal strength and 200 supply points (100 which is used if you get both caps first). You have your choice of any of the caps you want, but only get two, so make your choice carefully, :)  The 100 extra points for frigates and planet modules wont go very far, so ration them sparingly. Hope you like it, it was fun to think up and build and then play,  :)  Different from the huge battles all the time, a nice change of pace.

Anyway, that is it for me for a while, I will be back after break and school starts again, but probably not able to dedicate any real amount of time until probably close to Thanksgiving. But will pop in and say hi, and read posts, just wont be able to really sit down and think up anything new for a bit.  :)  Of course i will probably wake up tomorrow with another idea.  :)  And will want to sit down and try it out.  :)

oh, i forgot, NightFall v1 is on the site too,  :)  That one has Oversize Planets (only two times) that i resized, and the stars are two times resized.  :)  It raises costs of ships and limits resources, and was a try at having a 'slow' game.  :)

Usually only enough money and planet logic points to get a cap and the hostility and humane towers. You might want to invest in Gun platforms for defense, because it will take a good while to build a fleet. In addition, because the resources are limited across the system, it will be a struggle to get it before the other player. It was fun making it, and i hope anyone that wants to try a slower paced mod, will give this one a try and let me know what you think.  :)

is moveable starbases compatible with entrench 1.17?

:)  Entrenchment compatible i believe. I haven't worked on a Vanilla mod in awhile, so they won't run in 1.17. But in Entrenchment 1.03 yes.
