Entrenchent has divided online play.

Well thanks Ironclad on bringin  us this wonderful thing called entrenchment. Now If only I could get it then there wouldn't be a problem now would there.  I want to play sins against someone online so bad but now there is like no one online playing my version of sins.

I haven't had a game in like 5 days and I have been login on and off almost every chance I get.

I wish  I could get entrenchment

but unfortunately its not like WOW were i can go into a local target and Walmart pick up a gift card and simple purchase it.

NO that would be to easy

SO I all I have to say is thanks for making a great product that I can't get.

thanks for the invetiable wait i'm going to have to endure when you release all 3 expansion maybe for purchase in a store.

but by then I would probably have given up on sins.

Why is it you can't buy it?  I assume no credit card?

I am going to get a prepaid Visa myself. Those are available at target's and walmarts. you pay a service fee, like $3 or so, but it's an option.

Yesterday night there were about 180 active games of vanilla Sins and about 65 of Entrenchment IIRC. So my somewhat informed guess is that the majority is still playing vanilla Sins. But you can expect that to change gradually, just like today most people play Starcraft Broodwar or Warcraft 3 The Frozen Throne.

Get paypal or your own bank account?

Pay a parent/brother/sister/friend $10 cash and use their card?

Email ironclad/stardock sales and work something out?

Don't give up quite so easily on buying Entrenchment. One of the better 10$ I've spent (:
