Can't seem to get any of my mods to work anymore...

Well I got back in to Sins yesterday and wanted to change a few aspects of the game that I didn't agree with (like the upkeep, I think it's a tad high).

So I created a new mod that changed the upkeep to a more favorable number in my eyes, but I can't seem to get my mod to work.  It is appearing in the mod tab in the game, but when I load it I keep getting a Runtime Error

Is there a specific file that needs to be with the mod to make it 1.12 capatible??  I was thinking perhaps it was that String file, I copied the one that was in my game directory, but I'm still getting the error.

Also, I am trying to use the Developer.exe program, and I keep getting a error saying that fmod.dll is missing, I found a copy of that file on the web (scanned it and everything), then said I was missing binkw32.dll, downloaded that one, and now it says, "The procedure entry point _BinkCopyToBufferRect@44 could not be located in the dynamic link library binkw32.dll".  Anyone else have this problem?

Just to be sure; you updated to the new ForgeTools?

Ah. That's what I meant.

Not really sure what exactly the problem is then. Possibly a typo?
