Using ConverXSI

Well, hallo another question, Im trying to covert a .XSI file i created with the ConvertXSI tool provided, but it doesnt seem to do anything, when i start the ConvertXSI.exe it pops open and then instantly closes producing no results, i also don't see how to put any configurations into it or anything of that sort. What am i suppose to do?

(im on Vista 64-bit and I tried it on 32-bit with same results)

use dos box or a short cut and put the commands in there.

I don't use Vista but in XP you right click and choose create shortcut.
Then go to properties (of the short cut) and type the commands in the 'location' box (after the .exe with no quotes or anything).
