BUG: Empire defeated but that empire has 1 or more colony ship that colonizes after all planets have been destroyed

BUG: Empire defeated but that empire has 1 or more colony ship that colonizes after all planets have been destroyed. Happened in a game, v 1.2, I destroyed all planets against an empire and that empire was showed as defeated in the diplomacy screen. That empire had tho 1 colony ship left that colonized a planet but the dimplomacy screen showed the empire as still defeated and no way of contacting it. That empire later spread out again. Simon
