most people just look at the score and never read the review!
End of quote

Even if people don't read the review, you'd hope they'd be literate enough to notice the discrepancy between the score and the review summary right next to it which describes it as "an absolute must-have if you love space strategy". That should be more than enough to tip most people off that there's an error somewhere.

Lol. Score 0.0. But it's still a must-have!

Maybe it was off the scale and they could only represent with zeros  :P

Yeah they couldn't fit the 1 on it for 100.0

Actually, I think "0.0" was their way of indicating the sign for infinity.

Where's the error? They could have at least given the game a 2 or something :/

Actually, the "0.0" symbolizes the look on their faces after they had played the game.

Actually, in some programming languages, if you have a data-type that goes up to 10.0 and you feed it 11.0, it will wrap around to 0.0. Gamespot likely rated the game an 11.0 then. :p I found this out by accident when doing a Java program for a class under extremely restricted circumstances. I completely expected to get an error, but to my surprise my numbers just kept wrapping around.

Or, 0.0 could be the look on their faces like AndoSkei said. We all know you have to be weird to work for a game media site. Having one nostril constitutes weird. ;)
