This is if you have a huge cluster with 500 size game seems to get problems at arround sizes over 350 and the more you keep increasing it the longer the loads comes at least thats what i experienced.
I tested maps where game loaded 6 hours and nothing happens....
Also a good thing to change seems to be that distance of each cluster the more difference you have like star lanes from 10-500 (instead of 8-12) distance the better it also seems to work.
