Have repeated error - old shipstyle failed to validate - where are ship styles saved so I can delete?

I have a repeated error at start of game and when I am making fleets for other species that pops up to tell me that an old shipstyle has failed to validate. 

I have deleted the faction from the factions part My GalCiv. 

What else can I do to get rid of these messages?
