3.05 for me on two different computers (laptop and desktop) With windows 10 Creator's Version, has an annoying issue with simply moving icons on the desktop. when I move an icon from point A to point B, as soon as I release the mouse button at point B, I get to watch the icon start again at point A and slowly move across the screen to point B. Without the 3.05 update, the icon is immediately at point B when I move it. This is the natural state of Windows 10 without Fences installed too.

Can this be fixed?
