Crash After Multiplayer Custom Game Starts

I haven't been able to play a multiplayer custom game for several months, now.  I am able to join the lobby and ready up.  However, after the host starts the game, the application crashes.  Before, it would not give any sort of error message.  However, in the most recent time (earlier today), I received a Windows error message about the program encountering a problem/bug.

Is there anything I should do?

It's not an ideal solution, but a workaround that generally works pretty well is loading into a single-player game before joining multiplayer games.

I'm very sorry to hear that.

Can you post your output log here so we can try to figure out what's going wrong?

Thanks!

I think I found out what it was.

The NVIDIA Control Panel that comes with the NVIDIA driver has a setting for laptops (maybe to save power?).  It was auto-selecting whether to use my laptop's NVIDIA card or the integrated onboard Intel Graphics card.  For some reason, most of the indie games on my laptop were auto-selected to use the integrated onboard Intel Graphics card.

This is not an obvious setting.  Should probably contact NVIDIA to have the proper card auto-selected for the game.

Thank you for finding a solution.  We'll be sure to pass this information on to nVidia.
