[Bug] Abeix/Delin/Torax/Vetrar Steam Achievements

Why won't they complete?

(I understand this is a Steam related issue, I'm just wanting to know if anyone else has had these problems or if anyone knows how to fix them.)

So I bought this game about a week or so ago and have really enjoyed it so far. My only problem with the game is that certain achievements like the slaying of the Elemental World Bosses do not seem to register on the steam achievement. 

I've killed Abeix about 4 or 5 times so far (different games completely), I killed Delin today for the first time (he was right beside where I started 0_O) as well with Torax. Vetrar I've slain twice in 2 different play through's. I've killed these bosses on I believe to be one of the Large style maps (it's the exact same one as the Legendary Scenario). I'm not sure why but I do not recieve credit for killing these bosses at all, the other ones I have not listed I have killed and the game gave it to me fine.

I was wondering if the achievement bugs out if I save the game either during the match  and reload it either later in case i'm doing something else or because of I messed up and accidentally got a regiment of hero's killed.

If anyone has any suggestions or info on this any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, I was wondering if anyone knew how to:

Recruit Kasst (Brood Warden Champion)

Recruit Gallowman (Lord of Necromancy)

 

Wasn't sure if they were a Fame thing like the Troll and 2 Fallen's.

I have the opposite problem

I want steam achievements disabled....but can't. I keep getting these useless bloody things popping up on me. Emphasis USELESS. It's a single player game. There is no reason or need to be patted on the back by overload steam.

I never saw a single one. If steam were respectable and did the same...not having those stupid popups, then I wouldn't have any problem with it.

I cannot WAIT until 1.2 LH is steam-free cracked.

I wouldn't mind if there were no achievements for it. It just bugs the crap out of me when I have achievements that have not been completed because of some sort of bug. Though I do wish there could be a multiplayer aspect to this game.

If you don't like the popups then disabling steam community ingame would probably stop them though I never tried since I don't mind it. FE did have a couple of achievements you just didn't see them unless you hit like shift tab or whatever the command was to open the Stardock account thing in game.

There were bugs during the beta with the Abeix/Delin/Torax/Vetrar achievements not working, but I thought they had been fixed.  I've been able to get all of them except Torax, and that's because I haven't seen Torax in any game since the beta drop where the fix went in.

If you're really not able to get them, you might want to mention it in the LH support forum, it might get developer attention faster there.

As for Kasst and Gallowman, if I recall correctly I got the achievements for them simply by recruiting them when they popped up as available heroes at some fame level.  It just requires patience.

I got the Gallowman achievement when I vassalized the Sov that recruited him.  Hmm, I don't think you should be able to get hero achievements that way. ;-) =)
