[Balance] Throwing Knives
Have the properties of throwing knives changed? They seem to be doing a LOT more damage than before, and bandits have been wiping out stacks of soldiers before they get to act.

Yeah I noticed that too.
In FE they were range 3, Damage 6, cooldown 3.
In LH they are range 4, Damage 8, cooldown 5.. and can be dodged.
So they're kinda better but have a longer cooldown.
I'm pretty sure that's correct.
Actually... dunno if in LH they maybe damage for each member of the group or something too.... hmm not sure.
They are actually useful now. I like them the way they are now. Plus, I didn't manage to lose a single stack of units to bandits even with the change to knives.
range 4 is too much. i like the idea of them being a powerful tool, at a cost to range. Personally i think the range should be reduced to 2, even lower than it was before. but perhaps even increasing the damage farther
Their point is so melee units can have a secondary ranged attack, but yes, they need to be balanced in terms of damage and range. Shorter range for higher damage, or longer range for less.
The longer range is better as bandits, the primary users, can soften up armies before engaging.
I've never lost anyone to a volley of knives though. Maybe a weak scout, but that's it.
