Is there a Wish List post / category to suggest enhancements?

I'd like to see the community make more suggestions -- not just bug fixes-- and debate their merits.  Is there some place we can do that on this forum?

Here are three ideas I have to make the game better:

 

1. Access to materials should affect the impact of your settlement build.  So, for instance, if you only have access to Timber as a material, then your settlement is more prone to being destroyed by Fire.  But if you have stone, that makes your settlement more strong.

2. Trade should be a bigger feature.  Settlements with more food and less materials should be able to trade with allied / friendly settlements to balance out any deficiencies.

3.  I'd like to see more siege weapons beyond catapult.  I once played a game called Lord of Realms and they had cauldrons of hot oil that could be  used to burn your opposition.  I think it would be also cool to station your troops inside the city walls to give them a altitude advantage.

Stardock has already proven that it ignores such forums.

WoM had an Ideas Forum full of people brimming ideas and capable modders who were actually willing to do most of the work and just wanted to help improve the game. They all pretty much got snubbed.

You can find the Wishlists-forum here. Stardock does listen to feedback. They even implemented one of my ideas.

where the heck IS that? it doesn't appear on the main forum index.

 

if people can't see it, then posting in it won't serve any purpose at all.

Not on the main menu, but scrolling all the way down when looking at fallen enchantress general will show you a list of a bunch of other categories not on the main menu.

first time i've seen it. i'd be willing to bet there's plenty who'd say likewise. That is not an appropriate or industry standard way to nest subforums >.>

 

these things should be more clearly visible on the main forum index. every forum should be on there unless it's intended to be hidden (private developer forums, etc)

On this page where it says Home > Fallen Enchantress >, click the second arrow. It's right there. In alphabetical order mind you, so wishlist is on the bottom.
