increasing the frequency of random events

Where you can increase the frequency of random events? That they would be at least once every 10 turns. Some random events, I generally only seen in one game (out of many games). Maybe they need to unlock? "infestation" for example

It is impossible to make them come a certain time in the game, they were built to be random. But you can increase how often they come.

In ElementalDefs.xml you'll find

<!-- ** Random event frequency (numbers are the base a random number is chosen from, to compare the spawn chance of the random events against) ** -->
      <RandomEventFreqDef>Never,-1</RandomEventFreqDef>
      <RandomEventFreqDef>LessOften,18000</RandomEventFreqDef>
      <RandomEventFreqDef>Default,9000</RandomEventFreqDef>
      <RandomEventFreqDef>MoreOften,5000</RandomEventFreqDef>

Setting these numbers to a lower value means getting more random events. They correspond to the in-game selection of event frequency.

some events appear only after a certain turns? that is, at the very beginning of the game will not see them

Yes, each event is limited somehow. For example Infestation can only occur after turn 100

   <TriggerType>TurnNumber</TriggerType>
    <TriggerData>100</TriggerData>

Why cant we programm and rigger events?

f.e. When realm city reaches l 3 invasion event occurs.

Because the devs haven't included such possibilities.

  CoreRandomEvents.xml

Somewhere out there is the Spider Queen. For long years her kingdom has spread across the ruined world. Civilization is her enemy. The rise of it must be stopped and to this end, she has unleashed her children upon us all.

    <Repeatable>1</Repeatable>
    <TriggerType>TurnNumber</TriggerType>
    <TriggerData>100</TriggerData>
    <TriggerChance>109</TriggerChance>
    <PostTriggerChance>24</PostTriggerChance>

probably a chance occurrence is registered in CoreRandomEvents.xml

Yeah, Triggerchance is the chance for it to happen on turn 100, then posttriggerchance for every turn after that.

I guess you could set up a series of events on particular turns if you wanted to, but it wouldn't be random in any way.

This means that can be repeated an infinite number of times? or just once?

20 - more chance (increases the chance)
25 - less chance

?

Repeatable means it can be repeated but I don't know if this applies to events, you'll have to test (usually it just means you can find the same quest more than once).

Higher number = higher chance. See these numbers

<!-- ** Random event frequency (numbers are the base a random number is chosen from, to compare the spawn chance of the random events against) ** -->
      <RandomEventFreqDef>Never,-1</RandomEventFreqDef>
      <RandomEventFreqDef>LessOften,18000</RandomEventFreqDef>
      <RandomEventFreqDef>Default,9000</RandomEventFreqDef>
      <RandomEventFreqDef>MoreOften,5000</RandomEventFreqDef>

if your PostTriggerChance is 5000, you will get the event 100% of the time if you have "More Often" on events and you are past TurnNumber requirement.

replaced by

      <RandomEventFreqDef>MoreOften,5</RandomEventFreqDef>

"infestation" not occurred (about 167 turn)

p.s. there were several events quests

And you're using that setting when you start the game? No idea what's wrong then.
