Custom and designed units that use the "best available" equipment sometimes can't be built because I don't have the resources. For example, I unlocked some magic boots but I ran out of crystal. Sometimes I have to create a new unit and specify lower-grade equipment.
Not sure if it's possible at this point, but what if you could build the best available with the resources you had?
