[Suggestion] Custom faction crest selection

It might be better if, when creating a custom faction, you could click on a "Crest" button to bring up a new window and see all of the basic shapes available, and then set the color scheme.  Scrolling linearly through a bunch of unordered crests one-at-a-time is kind of clunky.

+100000000   Remember you guys had this in Galciv2.  Also it would be nice while scrolling throught the banners and crest if there would be something to indicate that it has already been taken by another faction

And then you could steal it from them and the faction automatically picks a new crest with right color scheme.
