What is the easiest way to take down each SB when playing as TEC?

TEC have the easiest time pounding starbases, like paladin said, Ogrovs.

Advent need Bombers, maybe some Adjudicators now that they've been buffed.

Vasari can make use of massed phase missile units (including bombers) to easily focus fire the starbase down, alternatively, they can use their own, mobile, starbase.
