The two lost factions, will they ever come back?

I'm wondering if the two lost factions will be comming back. I'm really missing Yoren and Athos in the game.

Besides the cut of those two factions Umber and Capitar are also cut. I read a lot of the "official" feedback, but I'm not quite sure if they'll be coming back. Derek said that the two factions are not "unique" enough for the moment. But does this mean they are scrapped like Yoren and Athos are or that they are gone for the moment untill they are unique & fun enough?

I think it means that they will be added back (Umber and Capitar) after release, when they have completed making 8 unique sides.  They cut the two recently because differentiating and balancing 10 sides before release was just going to be too much.  8 is more manageable.
