Need help with archers

Can't train any short or long bows

Hi,

Since 1.4 I haven't been able to train archers, with the exception of crude bows. I've played a couple of games where I researched all techs in all trees. Still no archers, not even a grayed out medallion in the train menu of the city. I'm able to design them, but the design screen is the only place they show up.

The archery range is gone, should it be? I remember reading a post awhile ago that archers wouldn't be tied to archery ranges. I've been searching for that post for the last week but have been unable to find it. Can someone help me out.

I'm on 1.4 with the latest After the War mod.

Make sure you have sufficient resources to product 4 units.  Other than that I've built archers in regular 1.4 but not yet run the AW Mod 1.9 yet.

Yeah, I had enough resources. They just won't show up. I ran the verify install from Impulse and it said I had an incorrect install. I ran the reinstall (without uninstalling) and tried a quick game and the archers still won't show. Not sure what's going on, but I think I'm going to try a complete uninstall/reinstall without any mods. See if they show up then.

Well I did a complete uninstall/reinstall w/o mods and I'm able to build archers. I'm going to add mods in one at a time to pinpoint exactly which is causing the issue.
