How to edit/convert .entity files?

Hi  I just installed the game again and im at a lost about how to convert my .entity files into something I can edit.

 

Or is there a .entity file editor already?

 

Harpo's didnt work, its for .bin to .txt right? Didnt work for entity.

 

Anyone wanna help?
