[eMOD] Career Kits

Add a few career options for parked champions..

1) Demagogue

2) Arcane Scholar

3) Scholar

These are mainly for those heroes with High INT / CHA

Description: This Scholar's Cloak is a symbol of recognition to talented Arcane Researcher.. (Heroes/Champions only)

The cloak gives the following bonus:
 + Improved Arcane Research in stationed city
 (Intelligence*0.01)+1
 
 Production Cost: 500 Gildar + 1 material
 
 Tech Requisite:
 (Kingdom) Equipment_Amarian
 (Empire) Tools_Of_War_Trogs
 
 2) Scholar's Cloak
Description: This Scholar's Cloak is a symbol of recognition to talented Researcher.. (Heroes/Champions only)

The cloak gives the following bonus:
 + Improved Tech Research in stationed city
 (Intelligence*0.01)+1
 
 Production Cost: 500 Gildar + 1 material
 
 Tech Requisite:
 (Kingdom) Equipment_Amarian
 (Empire) Tools_Of_War_Trogs

 3) Demagogue's Cloak
Description: The Demagogue's Cloak is a symbol of recognition to talented orator. (Heroes/Champions only)

The cloak gives the following bonus:
 Boosts a city's prestige: [Charisma*0.01 + 1] prestige
 Produces 1 Diplomatic capital per season.
 
 Production Cost: 200 Gildar + 1 material
 
 Tech Requisite:
 (Kingdom) Equipment_Amarian
 (Empire) Tools_Of_War_Trogs
