I believe they've said it before and will say it again, the ship line up they have is set in stone and they will not change it. Unless someone says otherwise that is on the mod team
Hmmm I noticed one of the meshes screwed up on one of the klink ships, not sure which one it was... can't take a screenshot atm game doesn't seem to want to do that. Oh by the way... great job the game seems more balanced now, had to start over but not a problem. yes we are aware of a mesh issue with a klingon ship . Its not textured or uv wraped atm.
I seem to recall them saying they'd move this mod to diplomacy - in which case, they'd need a Envoy ship - I just wondered whether they'd made a deision on the ship as yet.

Just wondering if this was a bug... but the Borg Unicomplex's "transwarp node" ability doesn't right-click to activate, even though it says you can do that. The only way to activate it is to manually click on it.

I must have been sleepy last nite, 7 zip, seems less intuitive than jzip. But maybe the sleep issue.
7zip is really nice. Right mouse and you'll have menu shortcuts to various functions. You can browse archives, view files without extracting, edit files and alter the archive. It's got great compression and error correction too.
The readme(old :() is in the archive, but installation is pretty easy. Just do extract files, and select the 1.051 mod folder. You can view the path from in game by clicking the show mod path button on the mods page.
I'll be in irc again today if anyone needs info in real time.
A .rar is just another type of archive. WinRar is the not free program with a trial. 7Zip is best, opens all types of archive and others and is free open soarse
WinZip is free, so to speak. It's just nagware.
Oh, while I remember - the PlayerPortraits doo-dah seems to have mucked up - everything seems to be a quarter to the left?
