Should QoT be buffed?

Yes.  Buff her damage skills to reasonable (TB) levels and shes fine.  Might wanna give her more mana, since she can't get BOTS like TB.

i play QoT and at lv 10+ it needs to play with good timing  to do a good support job.  The key is to save your mana every time. And to cast shild not to often  QoT have a high HP reg  use em.

 

And her weakness of hp,  buy armor with hp.  till lv 10 you can push your teammate by buying mucht things in citadel  at lv10 or over you must buy items for yourself.

attention in pantheon the combination of eribus and qot stacked by armor pircing of there skills is very strong !!!
