CD Key not working on ICO?

The IronClad Online Server isn't accepting my CD Key...

I think that the ICO thing with Sins is very interesting to me, but obviously my CD key isn't getting accepted by the servers. Are the servers down, or is the free subscribe with ICO only bundled with Collectors Edition? I tried my StarDock account also. Please help.

If ICO isn't taking your cd key to create an ICO account (they are separate from your Stardock/Impulse account), please contact support@ironcladgames.com for help.

Same thing happened to me because I had the game from a long time ago. I simply re-purchased the game, actually bought the "bundle" and entered in all the new cd keys.  I dont mind paying 35USD again, it helps support this great game anyways.
