AV detecting Trojan

I recently renewed my Object Desktop, and went to download/install all of the programs I could via Impulse. When I went to run DesktopX, my AV picked up a trojan (named TrojWare.Win32.TrojanDropper.Delf.SK@29348035) and I chose to remove the object - which made DesktopX unusable, after which I uninstalled it.

I then went to run TweakVista, and I got the same warning - however this time a little fast twitch caused me to click on ignore instead of remove. All I want to know, before I do a complete scan and possible reset to a previous save point, are these false positives or is there something wonky with installs from Impulse? Using Comodo for AV by the way.

Yes, please let us know which files were determined to be infected and what they were identified as.
