[MOD WIP] Vasari Supremacy

TEC aren't the only Supreme ones

Well, after playing a little mini-mod called TEC Supremacy, I decided that the Vasari should get their own version of this. But with added bonuses.

Here's a quick rundown of the changes I'm looking to put in/change-

Phase Manipulator SC- carries an Area-of-Effect version of the Subverter's 'Distortion Field' ability

Torpedo Bomber- basically a bomber doing more damage

Antorak Marauder's 'Phase Out Hull' ability- I'll be changing this so it only targets friendly capitals/frigates. It will also last longer, and best part- the Marauder will be able to move/jump/fight while 'phased out'. If you want to know how to do this, PM me. I'm not distributing this publicly. Now Marauders are a ship to be feared, and the ultimate guerilla warfare vessel. This is also funny to clear out militia on heavily defended neutrals.

Vanatorak Skirmisher- a modified Jikara, it's designed to intercept enemy frigates.

Kintora Assailant- a specially designed cruiser based on the Marauder, it can deploy gravity mines, phase itself out (in the same way as the Marauder, haha), and degrade enemy jumps. It will also be equipped to ignore enemy PJIs (Phase Jump Inhibitors), as well as detect ships jumping to the GW (Gravity Well) it occupies.

Note: the Marauder, and all LFs/Scouts will have fighter movement enabled. So will the Vanatorak.

Probably more stuff to come. Not sure yet :).

Phase manipulator SC...  Yeah.. thats OP...

Torpedo Bomber: I love these things.  Just make sure is a phase missile...

Phase out Hull: See my post in your invisible thread.  And you do realize that you more or less explained to the community how to do this in your other thread...

Skirmisher: Okay...  Perhaps give it more health or something..  I would love to see something like "Impenetrable Wall."  Wait... That just gave me an idea that I'll post in my thread!  Thanks for the inspiration (and i will show the code for this one to you...)

Assailant: cool, but too many abilities...  Way too many abilities.  I'd say mines, phase out, and maybe ignore PJI's.

Surely you can add more...

well, I've decided for the Assailant it will still have 5 abilities, but they will be as follows-

Phase Rift Assault (much like the Nanite bombs on the Egg, but less devastating)

Deploy Gravity Mines (deploys 7 instead of 10)

Phase Assault Cloak (can still move/fire/jump while cloaked, hence the 'Assault' part)

Create Phase Rift (much like the Antorak's Phase Stabilizer ability)

and a specialized, longer-ranged version of decloak mines. The reason it won't ignore PJI's is because it's supposed to get behind enemy lines with the help of a Kostura, and then wreak havoc.

There will also be a Strike Carrier, similar in purpose to the Kintora; it will be the Vatornas Transporter

Phase Manipulator SCs would only be on the Kintora&Vatornas. Their ability is also small ranged, so you have to be careful and make sure you don't send them against flaks or Kols.

Additionally, I wondered if the Kintora should be 'Assailant', 'Ruiner', or 'Marauder'.

which you like better?-

Kintora Assailant (current)

Kintora Ruiner

Kintora Marauder

also, Karrastras now have more health and 'medium' armor (now their useful, yay). The Vanatoraks have more hull/shield armor points, and will also use fighter movement. So will the Antorak (tweaked it's ability to move)

any pointers on resizing the Orkulus mesh would be nice, as I'd like to make it smaller (like cap sized), and have it be the 'Orkulus Devastator' super-battleship. Expensive, but potent.

Tidbit- Kintoras are based on Antoraks. But they have no pulse beams, instead they get shield-bypassing disintegrators.
