Bought the game from a store, but It wont let me register the game on the site.

I put in the Serial number when I installed the game just fine(before creating a stardock acount)

I put in the Serial number when I installed the game just fine(before creating a stardock acount), but when I created a count, it wouldn't let me register the game(I get a error 3 message, saying this game Isn't registered to your account), what do I do?

 

Note: I bought this game brand new at Target.

Sorry don't mind me, I was half asleep, and thus didn't think of something(that sometimes these companies don't make zeros with a line through the., if they don't add owes to any of their reg keys, so after I edited that, it worked/downloaded updates).

PS. If a mod can delete this thread, it would be apreciated.

I had the exact same problem, had an O that should have been a 0.  Additionally, it wouldn't let me update Impulse so I had to download the stand alone impulse installer to even see updates.  Target as well.
