Does any1 haw the Forge Tools/modding program that works with sins 1.00?

Any1 out there that has the Forge Tools kit/Modding program that works with sins 1.00 please help!

My computer doesn't have internet acess, and I would like to mod sins...but I can't because I cant upload the latest patches! (you need internet)

So... If you have the Modding program that works with 1.00 please post here!

I would like...no LOVE it if you would put the program on an E-mail and send it to me!

(E-mail adresses would be shared then deleted after use!)

NO you need sins 1.02 before you could mod it

put the patched game on a cd using impulse.

adama given the size of the sins folders at 1.85gb, I think a DVD is a better choice
