Who is chasing the Vasari?

No doubt they'll explain it in the next expansion. No one knows for sure right now.

I think from the opening movie it's something they created by accident, and or they pulled from another place/dimension/galaxy something.
Since it been a Virtuska experimental transport lab where it apparantly started, but what were they transporting I wonder.

i think it'll have to do with the vasari's experimenting with phase space. they'll have released some uber civilization from phase space and its conquering the galaxy and all the races will have to team up in the end to beat them (sound familiar?)

I hope they don't rip off Supcom that badly. Although, I have a moderate amount of faith the devs will come up with something interesting, they've done a good job so far.

Well if u read what the game says about phase jump inhibitors it says they were found every where and the other empires copied them so I think they were left by the race that is pursuing the vasari and they can use them to speed up there own ships. and they travle around the galaxies destroy empires over and over again. But it would be kinda mass effect like.
