Direct phase jump structure

Hey now that ive finally found out how to mod can someone help me make a mod to give all sides the direct phase jump platform that the visari have?

I tried adding the sturcture (called PLANETMODULE_PHASEORBITALPHASEGATE) to the tactical page of TEC (playertech.entity) and I could build but I couldn't get it to actualy work. I added the research for it (same file) but it still didn't work.
Not sure what else needs doing.

I'm pretty sure you have to give the structure the "phase gate node" effect/ability but I'm not mod savy enough to know how to do that.

It used the entity file for standard phase stabaliser which has the two abilitys in it (dunno if the fleet beacon one would cause trouble but I left it there...). Empires can use the same entity files without any strange conflicts or anything right?

i know someone did it and made direct phase scouts that had the ability to place a node. also does anyone know the title of that phase ability distortion feild in the game info. im looking to give it to all advent ships for my mod.

after some minor research ive decided not to use that ability because of its side affects. however is there a way to increase the speed of ships in phase space for one faction and increase the speed of ships in the grav well?

im also trying to add and remove weapons from ships. like the plasma cannons on the advent caps and give them to others and also to give speciall abilities to smaller ships.

In the player entity files under hyperspaceData might be what you want.
The speed in the gravwell might have to be done per ship, not sure if there is a faction modifer.

whats the data in each ship called if its there? is it that linear acceleration/ deccel/strafe stuff.

The accel/deccel is how fast it takes to get to max speed and how fast it rotates.
maxSpeedLinear is the max speed I guess.
