bug with the vasari carrier?

I don't know if i'm the only one experiencing this, but the healing ability of the skirantra carrier appears to be bugged as far as the autocast goes... even if no damaged ship is in range of it's ability, the carrier will trigger it as soon as he has enough antimatter to do so... which is a bit annoying to have to micromanage this particular ability... also, is there a reason for this if this is not a bug?

i do not realy know, but it sounds like a small misstake, one reason could be that the ships is renegating shields and hull even when they are full. so the skill maybe dont know the diffrence and cast it all by it self...

just a small possiblity...

I thoughty I saw a couple posts in another thread talking about this, I believe it is a bug and it's supposed to be fixed in patch 1.05.
