Changing phase jump charge time

Does anyone know if it's possible to change the phase jump charge time, and if so which file(s) it's in

Yes, you can. The base setting is under the "hyperspaceData" heading in the Player[Race}.entity file:

baseHyperspaceAntiMatterCost 100.0
baseHyperspaceChargeUpTime 7.000000

does anyone know if there is anyway to change it individually for different ships?

i know its possible to change the speed the ship travels in phase space, but i dont know if you can change the charge up time

You mean individually? Because as far as I can tell the only place to change the travel speed is in the same file as changing charge speeds (which affects the entire race)
