In XP they are stored in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Screenshots.

Are you using Vista?

for vista its C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\

or if that also fails you could use fraps

I too couldn't find the screenshots at the first, and fairly certain there weren't any either until I remapped the screenshot key to F11 instead of the Print Screen key.

That is under Vista Ultimate X64.

Have you installed the game to some other directory?

I have found the game folder in the stardock sentral directory but there is no screen shots folder.

as Blair said, for XP its :\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\

Its not in the Stardock folder. Only the game is installed there by default.

Have you tryed to do a search with "Sins of a Solar Empire" and see what you come up with

Or search for *.bmp files

Or launch sins, remap the screenshot key and load up a game, take a couple random SS and pop back out to the desktop and search for *.bmp files again, or look in the place Multi said above.

I think some of your folders are hidden, thats why you cant find location said above.

If you dont know how to show hidden folders, maybe someone can explain how as im on vista

is vista werth getting?

Yeah, that directory is hidden by default in Windows XP. In Explorer, go Tools -> Folder Options and click the View tab. Then click the button for Show hidden files and folders, click Apply, then OK.

I would not recommend upgrading to Vista, but that's just me.

getting vista? hmm depends what kind of specs you got.
If your on an old PC, i wont recommend it, as vista loves lots and LOTS of memory.

If your getting a new PC with 2GB of mem or more, and if your gonna go DX10, then it would be okey
