Just Bought Dark Avatar, Never got serial #

After I clicked checkout for my Dark Avatar purchase, I never got a order confirmation or an e-mail with the serial number. I just went to some other search page in Stardock. I've sent sales an e-mail with no response back yet, and I don't want to try the order again fearing they'll just charge me twice for the game. What's going on?

This sounds like your order never went through as you never received a confirmation page or email after placing your order. As you have sent an email already, we will look into this for you to be sure you were not charged, and will get back to you shortly.
