havent received copy yet?

A few days before games release i ordered the CD and DIGITAL option from this website so far ive been fine playing the digital version but when will my CD arrive? is it normal to have to wait this long, or should I email stardock and if so can somone link me to the support page as i cannot find it for some reason thanks.

My guess is a combination of the following:
* Stardock having to fill all the pre-orders that came in before yours
* Delay due to having to setup postage for over the border
* Delay at the border by customs

Stardock's support can be contacted at Email. Be aware that they have rather a backlog as well right now.

Yeah it very well could be stuck at the boarder. I'm not sure how stardock handles it but with Ebay its your job to find out whether it is or not and then go deal with it paying any fee's. Hopefully Stardock doesn't leave you out in the cold like that though

ya i hope not O well its not like I can't play the game, just wouldnt mind having a real copy.
