where to get stardock's collectors' edition?

Yeah, what it says. Are the copies found on amazon, etc CE or normal or both?

Only WalMart and Stardock themselves are selling the Collectors Edition, it would seem. You may be able to find one at Wallyworld still, but Brad has stated that the first run is already completely sold-out. I don't know what that means for Stardock's private stock for meeting direct hardcopy orders, or if they will manufacture any more CE or only the regular version.

We will probably try to manufacture as many as are required to meet demand for those who choose to buy directly from us. As for Wal*Mart, it's up to them how many they order, but my understanding is that it's the only version they stock.

So the version Walmart is selling is Link is the CE? Or only in-store?

That box looks like the normal edition, but I think they are just selling the CE.

Brad has said Wallmart has only ordered the CE edition. Or you can just buy direct from Stardock and not worry about which version you will get. If you order the boxed version from Stardock, you can even download and start playing right away.

Amazon UK are doing Galactic Civilization 2 in a limited edition tin (mine did come with a collector's edition serial) for £18 for anyone who's interested. Go and get it.
