Is this a bug-->Animation of Yor stuttering??

I am really not sure if this is a bug or not, because it only happens with the Yor. When you go to the diplomacy to talk to any alien civilization, you would usually see them moving their heads around and such. But with the Yor, it would move its head a bit, stops, then moves again, stops, and moves again, and so on. Is this a bug? Or does the Yor do that because it is not organic? Thanks!

It don't get stuttering, but the animation window will briefly flash white for a split second. This happens maybe every 20 or 30 seconds. Only happens with Yor.

I think the flash is on purpose. Kinda like an electric spark. You are talking to machines after all.

I don't have this problem, as far as I notice. It could be that some drivers, or game settings may be interfering with the Yor for some reason. Since I don't seem to have this problem, I really can't explain.

I get that flash, too, and it's extremely annoying. Too bright and not too great for the eyes. I don't even want to talk to them anymore.
