Invasion bug still not fixed?

I'm relatively new to game and I like it so far but the invasion mechanics seems ignored for very long time.

I've been trying to find some information about current status of invasion and I only found some posts predating retribution expansion.

Has it ever been fixed?

Right now I seem to have a huge advantage everytime i'm invading a planet. I thought it was becaue there were no defending legions but recently I took 5 legions and invaded a planet defended by 11 legions.

I had 13207 to 24 advantage... and the tooltip said my troops will attack with +4294967276% strength... what the hell?

It's conventional warfare and I created a custom race with -2 points in soldiering.

Is it working like that?

Its a well know fact, invading favors the attacker by a very large margin. (I always play with -2 to soldiering and it makes no difference)

"4294967276" sounds like a bug. Do you have a save game?

I loaded my old save few turns before the actual invasion and played in a similar way as before so I have re-created the whole situation.

Please note the screenshots are from 2 different invasions on the same planet - like 2 forks from 1 game.

If you load the game from uploaded save all you need is to press "idle ship" on bottom right corner of screen and invade the planet next to ship.

 

EDIT:

Not sure if this is relevant but I start the game through Steam. Bought Base game with crusade and intrigue DLCs on humblebundle - played the initial campaign map then i decided i'll buy retribution and bunch of other DLCs and after that I started playing a new custom game with custom race. Was thinking that my files might be corrupted somehow because of all these DLCs.

I mean the rules were totally different in the campaign map than in maps from other DLCs and custom maps after DLCs install.
