Hi

Do harmony crystals provide any bonus by themselves to moral ? 

Or just another resource? 

And can I flip a planet with a cultural starbase ? I have not been able to see any effect on the planet in it's area of effect yet. Perhaps it takes a long time . The race actually liked me better though

All trade resources do provide a small bonus.

You can only culture flip a planet that is in your ZoC, is not immune to culture flip, and does not have to much resistance. It cannot just be in the AoE of a star base. It must also be inside your zone of control, which is what culture star bases help to spread.

 

You will know how close you are to flipping a colony when you hover over it with your mouse.

And does the galactic stock market have an empire wide or local effect as in 100 percent gross income .
