How do I contact the moderators?

I apologize for asking what may be obvious, but I'm not a big forum-user and I can't figure out how to contact the mods about a troll problem. Would someone please tell me how?

Under a post there is a triangle with an exclamation mark. Use that to report posts.

Calrification please: do we only report the thread once (sorry), or the individual posts under the thread more than once (I do not recall doing that, but slip-ups happen)? Again, my apologies, I've never done this before.
