Military and ideology improvements can be built twice on the same planet when it is conquered

Don't think it is working as intended.  On my colonized planets, I can build ideology and military improvements only once.

 

Playing Terran, conquering Drengin planets.  If there's a military building present, like Military Academy, I can build another of these on an empty tile.  Same if there was an ideology building, I can build my neutral preparedness center many times over on the planet.

unfortunately, I deleted all my saves after installing 6.1 and I forgot to keep a zipped copy.
I'll try to recuperate them with Recuva, but I don't have much hope.

If you look at support ticket #HLP-566-14678, about planet invasion freeze, my first file there is a saved game from that game.  I can not be more specific, I can't seem to be able to re-download the file I uploaded.  If I find a way to get back my saves, I'll create another support ticket.


I got one, support ticket #MJP-943-35283.


Few, that was a tough one to track back!
Lesson learned, I'll keep a backup of my saves! :D

I am unable to reach the support site at the moment, but this bug is still present with a new game started on latest 6.2 (0.97.7)

What's also strange is that normally when you colonize a new planet, you only see the standard buildings (f.i basic factory) and it automatically upgrades to more, if you have researched the proper tech and your que is empty.

But when you conquer planets, you also suddenly see upgrades there like manufacturing centres you can choose to build. And indeed the mentioned special buildings.

 

Also it is still possible to build a secondary planetary defense system, after you build an initial one which was later upgraded to the planetary defense dome (PS the picture for the planetary defense dome is the same as the one for quantum power plant, just a slightly different color..don't know if that is intentional or just a temporary solution?)
