Infrequent CTDs, but I do not have dump files

Looking at C:\Program Data\Stardock\...

I can see my old dump files, those for beta 5, but not a single one for beta 6.  How am I supposed to report these to make sure they're fixed?

I disabled an re-enabled "Collect gameplay data", but it does not seem to change anything.

I think the dump files are showing up in the game directory for me check there.

I rechecked to be sure (I had already gotten a look before), and no, they ain't there.

I know you mentioned you've seen them before, but do you have "show hidden files and folders" set to display?

yes, I also use FreeCommander instead of the default Windows Explorer.  I can still see the logs from 23-04.  Just not anything since then.  I also searched my 2 drives for dmp files, and the only recents files (corresponding to my crashes) are in D:\Program files (X86)\Steam\Dumps.  They are named "assert_steam.exe_datetime1.dmp".

I went ahead and installed the game on another computer.  I have the same problem, no dumps are generated.
