Stardock and let's players

Can anyone (particularly developers) tell me what the policy with Stardock is with let's players recording? I have a couple of GC2TA videos up, with a third awaiting edit and upload, and want information for GC3. Can videos be monetised? Can the alpha (with obvious statings that it is an alpha and update videos including through beta and into release) be recorded and uploaded and if so can we get a statement made public for youtubers to be able to add to their videos if YT gets a bit pedantic as it usually does?

There's no hard information on NDA information right now.  I know in the past we haven't placed any restrictions on videos, it was always recommended to make note that the game is in an alpha/beta state and not to be presented as a final product.

Generally speaking we are fine with ads on user videos, but you may not use our logos. You can just type the names/titles out. As Island Dog noted, any alphas/betas should note such and this is all subject to any particular prohibitions that may be set when prerelease versions are made available.
